Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

We deliver within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via Pošta Slovenije and GLS. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within the European Union only. We do not offer international shipping outside the EU at this time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
