Combined gas and induction hob
At ASKO, we respect tradition. The elegant appearance of our combined induction and gas hob is inspired by the timeless heritage of Scandinavian design, while the Fusion Volcano™ wok burner draws inspiration from centuries of cooking tradition. At the same time, we believe in innovation and the use of the latest induction technology to take your culinary ambitions to the next level. This approach has resulted in the ASKO induction and gas combination hob with the Fusion Volcano™ wok burner – a premium cooking solution that combines the best of both worlds at the heart of your home.
Fusion Volcano™ wok burner
The ASKO Fusion Volcano™ Wok burner is the most efficient wok burner available for home use, enabling faster cooking and greater control. The burner is highly versatile, offering three different flame settings: an outer ring for searing, an inner ring for simmering, and a powerful concentrated wok flame that delivers an authentic wok cooking experience, ideal for quick stir-frying, searing, and deep-fried dishes.
Celsius°Cooking™ induction technology
The ASKO induction and gas combination hob is equipped with our unique Celsius°Cooking™ induction system, which includes the Celsius°Cooking™ temperature probe as standard. The smart Celsius°Cooking™ Chef’s Pot and Celsius°Cooking™ Frying Pan are available separately as optional accessories.
Celsius°Cooking™ accessories precisely measure temperature, while the hob automatically adjusts and maintains the desired temperature by communicating with the frying pan, pot, and probe via Bluetooth connection. A dedicated Celsius°Cooking™ website is also available, offering a rich collection of inspiring step-by-step recipes specifically created for precision cooking at the perfect temperature.
