The cooktop offers 13 power levels per zone, giving fine control from gentle simmer to rapid boil. Each zone can reach up to 3700 W, and the booster function adds extra power when you need it most, such as for searing or boiling large quantities. FlexInduction means the zones adapt to the size of the cookware, so you can use larger pans without losing efficiency. The integrated extraction delivers 617 m³/h of airflow, quickly removing smoke and vapour, while a recirculation mode provides up to 575 m³/h for open-plan layouts. In practice, this means a quieter, fresher kitchen even when multiple zones are active.
Installation requires a niche 834 mm wide, 524 mm deep and between 20 mm and 60 mm high, with a two-phase electrical connection and a 7620 W connected load. The front-mounted control panel features an active-zone indicator, on/off light and automatic pan detection, making operation intuitive. Noise at maximum setting is 60 dB, comparable to a normal conversation. The package includes an installation set, a manual and a CelsiusCooking Probe (APR13S) for precise temperature monitoring.
